The Breathing Bytes Ltd. is a Hungarian owned software developer company based in Budapest, our activity includes programming — designing and implementing software for different purposes —, the designing of electronic 2D-3D graphics — modelling, texturing, animation, logos and other designs —, and complex services within the common section of the two areas which also includes web design and game software development.

Our company develops its software from typing the first line of codes in cross-platform system. The majority of the technology we use can be compiled and executed on several operating systems and platforms without modifications. If it is required by our partners, we will develop and test the software in parallel on more platforms. This way at the end of the project the same software is usable on several operating systems or platforms at the same time by using minimal resources. You will not have to restart and pay again for the developing of your application to use it on other operating systems. And since we are not talking about different softwares but the porting of the same one, the implementation of later features and functions will be a lot easier and cost effective as well, not to mention the maintenance of the product or the fixing of possible bugs. It will not occur any more that the Macintosh version of your software still includes a bug which was already fixed in the Windows version. It will not re-occur that a feature is missing from the Macintosh version of your software and was implemented in the Windows version long ago. Your business plan does not have to suffer a break because you can only get the version of your software that works on other platforms as well with a significant delay.

Our people have several years experience in using open source technologies, we even participated in the development of a number of open source technologies. We are only using those open source programme modules which do not hurt your business interest. We are experienced in the -maybe to the outsider chaotic- legislations and licences of the open source world.
Of course if you were to develop your own technology or using open source engines is not an option for you, we are still at your service. Our company has taken part in the development of many engines and our colleagues are open to develop new technologies.
